Drive IT Delivery & Operational Excellence: Oversee application development, IT support, and service delivery while ensuring quality, business alignment, and continuous improvement.
Enable Compliance & Local Governance:



Advise global leaders on Mexico labor requirements and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to ensure compliance, onboarding, and consistent workforce practices.
Lead Vendor & Sourcing Strategy: Define sourcing and third-party engagement strategies, manage vendors, and ensure performance across quality, cost, and delivery.
Build Capabilities for the Future: Develop Centers of Excellence and specialized capabilities in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, and Infrastructure to support the hub's long-term growth.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Advanced English Skills:
Manages core applications, integrations, enhancements, lifecycle strategies, and business impacts.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Manages vendor relationships, service quality, delivery performance, issue resolution, and contract expectations.
