the Customs Adviser is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the foreign trade transactions to and from Mexico, in accordance with the best customs compliance practices defined by Woodside at corporate level.
The Customs Adviser must also ensure that all equipment and materials assigned to the Trion project are being shipped, tracked and timely delivered as per the country strategy. The Customs Adviser manages the life cycle of the company owned property and rentals for the Project while in country. The position requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material requirements are met while ensuring safe, efficient and on‐time execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the local ambassador for Trion Logistics in with Customs and Border Authorities in Mexico
- Provide expertise on Mexican and international customs, import and exportation matters,
