Payroll Manager – HR Services
Join our integral HR Services organization as a Payroll Manager , where you will lead complex payroll operations and act as a champion of change , driving digitalization and transformation that impacts thousands of employees across multiple entities.

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing payroll team supporting blue- and white-collar populations at local and regional levels
Own end-to-end payroll operations, including complex calculations, taxes, statutory compliance, and governance
Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives , improving processes, controls, and system efficiency
Act as a key partner for regional and global stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligned with SLAs and quality standards
Lead change management initiatives , serving as a trusted voice and influencer during transformation
Ensure strong collaboration with HR, Finance,



and external vendors to maintain operational excellence

Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar payroll populations
Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and process optimization
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage and influence at senior levels
Experience working in regional or multi-country payroll environments
