Job Title:Paralegal (Probate & Estate Administration)

Key Responsibilities:Probate & Estate Administration Support
- Assist attorneys with probate, estate administration, elder law, and trust administration matters.
- Prepare, organize and maintain case files and legal documentation.
- Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties regarding case matters.
- Support estate and trust administration processes from intake through completion.

Case Management & Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, and organize legal correspondence and probate-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records within legal case management systems.
- Organize estate planning and trust administration documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and document retention procedures are followed.
- Assist with legal research and document collection.

Court & Filing Support
- Coordinate court-related filings and documentation.




- Manage deadlines associated with probate proceedings and estate matters.
- Maintain calendars for hearings, appointments, and case milestones.
- Assist with preparation and submission of documents through e-filing systems.
- Track case statuses and court requirements.

Administrative & Client Support
- Maintain billing records and time entries when applicable.
- Provide exceptional client service while handling confidential information.
- Coordinate communications between attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support attorneys with workflow management and case preparation.
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Probate Administration
- Estate Administration
- Elder Law
- Trust Administration
- Related legal practice areas
- Experience working with U.S.based legal matters.
- Experience working in a law firm environment p
