We are looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to lead Process and Routing Engineering activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the successful development of manufacturing projects.

This position is responsible for coordinating engineering teams,



managing process improvements, supporting new product and CAPEX projects, and ensuring operational excellence through effective project execution and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Previous experience leading engineering projects and coordinating technical teams.
- Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.

Technical Knowledge
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
- Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA).
- Manufacturing processes and process optimization.
- Project Management.
- Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
- AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
- Process Design Software.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Methodologies.
