Our team has built and scaled finance functions at companies including Lyft, Ramp, and SoftBank. We are seeking an experienced Principal Accountant to own accounting operations for the entities of a high-growth US company.

This is a senior leadership position that remains substantively hands-on.



You will be accountable for the close, the local ledger, and the integrity of the books, alongside full responsibility for Philippine statutory reporting, BIR compliance, and the relationships with local auditors and advisors. Reporting into US finance leadership, you will operate at the point where local statutory requirements meet a US-headquartered group reporting under US GAAP, and you will be trusted to reconcile the two without either standard being compromised.

The role will suit an accounting leader who is looking to own an entity end to end, with both the judgment to identify what needs to be built and the appetite to build it personally.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the Philippine entities, with full accountability for the calendar, the quality of the output, and the cycle time.
