Job Summary:

The Sourcing & Procurement Lead MX will be working closely with internal stakeholders (Program Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations & Finance) and suppliers to achieve optimum Sourcing Network, Purchase to Pay & Supplier Management processes are embedded and executed. The Procurement Lead will play a key role to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations through optimum network of suppliers, handling of material/services requirements and addressing requests,



providing continuous updates regarding status of delivery of material and providing insights on potential improvements and innovations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing
- 1) Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure they meet the company's needs in terms of cost, quality, reliability, and other factors.
- 2) Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- 3) Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and supplier capabilities to make informed sourcing decisions.
- 1. Understanding the vendor’s company structure and key contacts helping to navigate any bureaucracy and facilitate efficient and effective communication
- a. Onboard and maintain procurement procedures with suppliers
- b. Accommodating each supplier’s requirements but keeping consistent procedures within the Bruegmann process to ensure our Customer Service and
