Job Title: S&OP; Analyst - NPI/PLM

City: Toluca

S&OP; Analyst - NPI/PLM Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will drive supply chain readiness, impact/risks assessments, monitor service KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to manage risks, optimize inventory, and support on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.

Your main responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional PLM governance, partnering with Commercial and Planning teams to drive alignment on demand, sales, and raw material strategies
- Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Track and report key KPIs,



including Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels, and critical raw materials
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations, and product transfers
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, providing insights on timelines, raw material constraints, and inventory exposure to support decision-making
- Reduce inventory obsolescence and inefficiencies by ensuring disciplined execution of PLM processes and lifecycle controls

You bring:
- 2 or 3 years of experience Preferred in planning functions, including supply, demand, inventory, or production planning.
- Skills in tools ATLAS, SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis ( IBP and PLM modules will be advantageous).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to prepare/analyse scenarios/trade-offs and simplify complex issues.
