What will you do?
- Attention to operational personnel
- Follow-up on personnel cases
- Reports on headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and impact KPIs
- Support in organizing plant events

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Availability to work 100% onsite at Monterrey Plant 4.
- Availability to work one of the following schedules:
- 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is desirable.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and interest in developing a career in HR.
- Time Management
- Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information with professionalism.
