About The Role & Team
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with strong experience in payment terminals, payment industry standards, and customer-facing technical engagements.



This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, defining technical solutions, supporting integrations and certifications, and acting as a key bridge between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Product, Support, and Development. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a highly adaptable mindset. They should be comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments while managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer business and technical requirements, define appropriate technical solutions, and assess feasibility based on customer needs and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project scope, solution flows, integrations, dependencies, implementation requirements, and risk assessments in English and/or Spanish.
