Backbase is seeking a technically skilled Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and own post-implementation support for the Backbase platform. You will serve as the key technical contact, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and leading strategic technical discussions with customers’ senior teams.
