The Product Development and Test Engineering organization supports design validation, silicon characterization, production test development, and high-volume manufacturing readiness for leading-edge products built on advanced semiconductor process technologies.
The Automotive Product and Test Engineering group is responsible for the various phases in the lifecycle of integrated SOC’s and QAM’s used in IVI, ADAS & Telematics automotive applications. The selected candidate will support the new product introduction (NPI) to production and return material analysis. This includes verification & validation, characterization, qualification, development of high-volume manufacturing solutions, and customer support. The selected candidate will work with general cross-functional teams (SW, System and HW Design, Test, Operations and other engineering organizations)



to provide engineering test solutions to drive products to commercialization and production manufacturing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities for this position include bring up of new system level test (SLT) HW platforms and handler solutions, development and automation of SW test modules, test program integration, optimization of test modules for stability and validation across temperature, developing/executing test strategies and test plans, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, performing systems correlation for power and thermal, evaluating and qualifying HW solutions, debug and failure analysis, and customer support.
