Role Purpose

Responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and supporting the implementation of digital initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.



The ultimate goal is to drive innovation and enhance the organization's competitiveness in the digital age.

An IT intern supports the IT department by assisting with technical tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in various IT functions, and contributing to projects that enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze opportunities for digital transformation within engineering, and operations processes
- Support the implementation and evaluation of digital initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions
- Assist in the development of business cases for digital projects
- Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support the change management process associated with digital transforma
