About Advanced Marketers. Advanced Marketers is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps contractors and home service businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, CRM systems, and creative strategy. We are building a strong team in Guadalajara and are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us find, screen, and organize high-quality candidates for multiple roles inside our agency.

This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, organizing the hiring pipeline, and helping us move quickly with qualified applicants. This role requires strong English communication skills because many of the positions we hire for require English-speaking candidates who will work with our U.

We need someone who can identify real talent, spot red flags early, and help us avoid wasting time with unqualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities




- Source candidates in Guadalajara through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local recruiting channels
- Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Conduct initial screening interviews in English
- Evaluate candidates for English level, professionalism, work experience, and role fit

Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
- Comfortable conducting phone, Zoom, or in-person screening interviews
- Experience hiring English-speaking candidates in Mexico
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, Facebook groups, or similar platforms
- Experience recruiting for remote or U.
- Understanding of digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, web design, or content creation
- Able to communicate clearly in English
