Role
We’re looking for a part‑time Customer Success Manager to join the team and serve as the bridge between prospective customers and the product. In this customer‑facing role, you’ll lead live Zoom demos for trial users, help them understand the platform, evaluate its value, and move confidently toward a purchase decision. You’ll also support existing customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them get the most out of the platform. This is a consultative role that combines elements of sales, customer success, and product expertise. You'll be expected to confidently guide conversations, understand accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals, and deliver a great customer experience in every interaction.
