Responsibilities
- Process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Improvement of work methods and ergonomics.
- Preparation of process documentation (Work Instructions, Visual Aids, FMEA, flowcharts).
- Time and motion studies.
- Production line support, analysis, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process, or NPI Engineer.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in line balancing.
- Process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Improvement of work methods and ergonomics.
- Preparation of process documentation (IT, AV, PFMEA, flowcharts, etc.).
- Production line support, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
