About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Planner to join the Electronic Systems Plant team, reporting directly to the Production Planning Supervisor.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
As the Production Planner at Marelli,



you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure timely and efficient production operations.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Production Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders. Adjust schedules as necessary in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or production issues.
Resource Management: Determine material and labor requirements to support production schedules. Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.
Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and identify constraints or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process. Work with production and engineering teams to implement solutions to optimize capacity utilization.
Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with various departments, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to align efforts and resolve issues. Communicate production plans and changes e
