Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business opportunities for digital products and services. The Sales Manager will conduct client presentations, develop tailored proposals, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.



Daily activities include collaborating with marketing and production teams to align offerings with client needs, tracking performance against sales targets, and providing regular reporting and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves refining sales processes, contributing to pricing strategies, and representing FUEGO VIVO at industry events and online meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, account management, or business development in a digital, creative, or tech-focused environment.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand and sell digital solutions such as websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and social media or performance marketing services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
