Role Overview
- Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring the proper execution of processes related to fleet management, contract administration, and customer service.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, managing operational requests, monitoring contract-related activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing customer accounts and ensuring high-quality client service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient response times in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
