As a Compliance Operations Associateat NextGen Ventures, you'll monitor identity verification, payment activity, and unusual winning patterns to detect and prevent fraud across our platform. Working in KYC toolslike Surt and risk platforms like SEON, you'll flag suspicious behavior, investigate potentiallyfraudulent accounts,



and help protect the integrity of our payment ecosystem.
Because fraud doesn't keep business hours, this role works on a rotating shift schedule thatincludes evenings and weekends. It's a hands-on entry point into compliance — you'll learn thetools, the regulations, and the patterns on the job, and you'll be trusted with real decisions early.
This role is critical to protecting our users and upholding the security and trust of our platform.
This is an onsite role based in our Monterrey, Mexico office.
Responsibilities
- Identity Monitoring — Review user identity verification data in Sumsub to confirm accurate KYC compliance and flag anomalies.
- Fraud Detection — Monitor SEON alerts for signs of account takeover, synthetic or stolen identities, and bot activity.
