Role Description

The Cost Supervisor / Cost Chief is a full-time, on-site role based in Zapopan, JAL, responsible for overseeing cost accounting, cost control,



and cost analysis activities within the plant. This role manages the collection, verification, and reporting of production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, and ensures accurate cost allocation to products and projects. The position involves preparing and reviewing cost reports, variance analyses, and profitability assessments, collaborating closely with operations, production, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting. The Cost Supervisor / Cost Chief is expected to maintain and improve cost-related policies and procedures, support internal and external audits, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to management for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
