Job Description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Seeds R&D; is seeking a HSES Coordinator in Puerto Vallarta. This role will support on:




- Establish, implement, and maintain the HSES management system at Syngenta Puerto Vallarta.
- Implement integral, regional, and local HSES standards, guidelines, and regulations related to Syngenta Seeds operations.
- Coordinate, manage, support, execute, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs, standards, and processes to ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the workplace.
- Provide HSES guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities
- Assure compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulatory requirements applicable to the site, administration, and HSES.
- Responsible for administering Syngenta’s Health, Safety and Environmental, Security system (through standards) that supports site operations and business continuity; this includes HSE policies, Syngenta’s HSES Code of Practices, and other company guidelines.
