Role Description This is a full-time remote role in Sales and Operations, supporting Moreno International’s moving and storage services. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and following up to close business. Daily tasks include coordinating move logistics, scheduling services, tracking timelines,



and ensuring accurate documentation and communication with clients and internal teams. The role also includes monitoring service quality, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of moves. The Sales and Operations professional will contribute to process improvements, maintain CRM records, and support reporting on sales performance and operational efficiency.
