We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to join one of the world's largest automotive services companies.

You will work within the Engineering Platform Team, responsible for GitHub Enterprise, reusable developer automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure engineering enablement. The project domain covers Developer Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud Automation.

As a technical leader, you will remain hands-on to deliver scalable platform automation, improve developer productivity,



and establish AI-assisted engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop reusable GitHub Actions
Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation
Drive DevSecOps, security, compliance, and operational excellence
Establish AI development standards using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
Mentor engineers through architecture guidance, design discussions, and code reviews
Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning and delivery
Participate in production support and continuous platform improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
Proven technical leadership with strong mentoring and ownership skills (1+ years)
Advanced proficiency in Python
Expertise in AWS and Terraform
Skills in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD
Background in Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and L
