The positon is responsible to:

Your role:

- Develop injection molding processes for new products, including mold trials (T0/T1), process parameter setup, and finalization.
- Lead new mold trials, covering parameter debugging, cycle time optimization, gate/runner adjustment, defect analysis, and solution implementation; establish clear acceptance criteria for mass-production handover to ensure a smooth transition from trial to production.




- Optimize cycle time for existing products and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate and optimize process windows.
- Establish and maintain Process Parameter Sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

What do you need?

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on process engineering experience in injection molding manufacturing.
- Experience with engineering plastics such as PC, PC+ABS, PA, PBT, ABS, PMMA, POM, and their processing characteristics.
- Experience working in an automotive, electronics, or precision injection molding environment.
- Advance english
