We are supporting an international manufacturing company in the search for a Finance Manager to join a growing operation in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting and Finance function.

• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Drive process improvements through ERP systems.

• Partner with Operations and senior leadership to support business growth.

• Support the development of robust financial processes within a growing manufacturing operation.

Required Qualifications

✔ Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Controller, Accounting Manager,



or similar leadership role.

✔ Mandatory experience in manufacturing cost accounting (standard costing, product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and manufacturing variances).

✔ Previous experience in automotive, metalworking/metalmachining, or other manufacturing environments is required.

✔ Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

✔ Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance, including SOX exposure.

✔ Experience working with ERP systems.

✔ Advanced English communication skills.

✔ Currently residing in San Luis Potosí.
