あなたがすること

As Lubriderm® Marketing Trainee, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives for the Lubriderm brand in Mexico. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive brand growth through consumer insights, business analysis, campaign execution, and innovation support.

The role requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, sell-in/sell-out performance, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates for the brand team.
- Assist in the execution and tracking of media campaigns, digital activities, influencer initiatives, and promotional programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
