Responsibilities
- Implement Google Ad campaigns with agile and intelligent methods.
- Use deep knowledge of the Google environment to enrich the long‑term marketing vision, concept, plan and implement campaigns that generate short‑term revenue gains.




- Deep dive into performance data to support optimization & growth, actively driving the improvement of return on ads spend.
- Onboard and coordinate freelancers and agencies (e.g., for paid social) to build a paid media structure that brings German paid media revenues to the next level.
- Develop, test, and implement strategies for various paid media channels in close cooperation with the general marketing and creative teams.
- Set ambitious goals that are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Take ownership and drive new projects independently.
- Help shape the company DNA by creating an impact with new, innovative ideas and providing responsibility and decision‑making authority from day one.
