Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $80,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated campaigns that grow awareness, demand, and pipeline. The role spans content, channel, and brand — turning marketing strategy into shipped campaigns that move metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Manage content production, including briefs, distribution, and performance review
- Partner with sales to define ICP and align campaigns to pipeline goals
- Own marketing budget tracking, vendor relationships, and ROI reporting
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and contractors as needed
- Track campaign performance and report on outcomes to leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B or B2C marketing, ideally with campaign ownership




- Strong project management and ability to run several campaigns in parallel
- Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, GA4)
- Excellent written communication and an eye for brand consistency
- Comfort with budget ownership and performance accountability
- Working knowledge of paid, organic, content, and lifecycle marketing
