Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.
Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume hiring in partnership with Recruitment Business Partners.
Execute core recruiting activities including screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Support complex or senior-level recruitment activities through applicant management and targeted sourcing.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with established processes and service level commitments.
Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment processes through continuous feedback.
Essential Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services environments.
Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries, preferably within LATAM or the Americas region.
Strong English proficiency with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Desirable Requirements
Experience working with Workday Recruiting or similar talent acquisition platforms.




Experience supporting integral or regional talent acquisition organizations within a matrix environment.
Experience in Innovative Technology is considered a plus.
