This is a client facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and handling calls and follow ups, identifying opportunities while helping clients have a positive experience.
What you'll do - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Set appointments from inbound and outbound calls as well as email leads, - Follow up with leads and opportunites from internal databases.
- Identify and asses potential clients and their needs.
- Work towards achieving performance goals and contribute to overall team results.
What we're looking for - Fluent spoken and written English.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center or hospitality.
- Empathetic,



easygoing and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable in the phone and handling calls.
- A good communicator, detail oriented with good listening skills.
- Positive, reliable and a strong team player.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality Legal experience is welcome but not required.
Paid training is provided.
