General InformationRole (Picklist): Team Lead, Supply Planning (B1/B2)BSv Role: BSv_P2DandSRM Planning Team LeaderBSv Grade: B1General Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesExecute day-to-day planning activities for Finished Goods or Materials, ensuring planning outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.Support supply planning processes, including plan review, exception management, data validation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.Maintain the operational rhythm for the planning process, including routine follow-ups, planning reviews, issue tracking, and timely updates to ensure execution discipline.Use planning systems to review demand/supply information, update planning parameters, analyze alerts, and support issue resolution; SAP experience is preferred.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing to enable service, inventory, and execution priorities.Identify, manage, and upscale service risks, blockers, or data issues in a timely manner, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, and contribution to root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions.Be accountable for service level performance within the assigned scope, taking ownership of planning outputs, issue resolution follow-up, and proactive communication of risks or deviations.Communicate clearly in English with internal teams and stakeholders across different geographies.Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): OptionalBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain,
