SwiftCruit is seeking a Collections Product Lead to own end-to-end customer journeys from precollections through delinquency, across multiple channels.
You will shape product strategy at the intersection of credit risk, product, data, and operations, and drive measurable recovery while keeping customers fairly treated.You will report to the Head of Collections and lead a small cross-functional pod, defining journeys, experiments, and improvements to maximize recovery and customer experience.
