planning and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.Proactively utilize Call Copy as a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.Ensuring that Notice of Assignment is confirmed with debtors to secure payment of invoices to ECS.Adherence to company attendance, punctuality, and dress code policyCompletion of weekly commitments and goalsAudit client's portfolio, assess risk and implement corrective action plansAudit client invoices following standard operating proceduresAudit an average of 150 invoices daily with the expectation of primary communication by phoneWorking relationships:ClientsQualifications / SkillsUsed to work at a fast-paced environment.Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively independently or in a team environment.Understand and embrace a metrics-driven operationC.R.
