You will handle phone resolutions, troubleshoot devices, and assist with on-site technicians when needed in a fast-paced environment.Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in technical or customer support, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Linux, MS Office, and MySQL skills are a plus; Portuguese is desirable.
