Hunter Douglas is seeking an HRIT Sr Manager Oracle HCM to lead technical ownership of Oracle HCM and other HR technologies globally.
You will manage project work between Payroll and HR, oversee data integrity, vendor relations, and system testing while driving reporting for key business decisions.You will partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to implement business workflows, manage integrations, and mentor the HRIS Analyst.
Strong Oracle experience is required.
