Senior Account / Project Manager | Mexico City Mexico City – Hybrid, up to 2 days in the office USD: $29,000–$43,000 USD annually MXN: $503,000–$720,000 annually Global In-House Creative Hub Senior We're hiring a Senior Account / Project Manager to join the global in-house Creative Hub of a very established international company, with the pace, variety and energy you'd expect from an agency.You'll get the stability, scale and visibility of a major global business, while working in a creative environment that moves quickly, handles multiple briefs at once and collaborates across international teams and markets.This is primarily a creative project management role, but with much more ownership than simply taking a brief and moving it through a workflow.
You'll manage multiple campaigns and fast-turnaround projects while becoming the trusted point of contact for a defined group of stakeholders across the business.You'll be involved early — sometimes before a brief has even been written — helping stakeholders understand what they're actually trying to achieve and shaping that into a strong creative ask.What you'll be doing:Own delivery across large global campaigns and multiple smaller creative projects running simultaneouslyManage timelines, deliverables, reviews and approvals from brief through to completionWork with stakeholders and creative teams across multiple markets and regionsIdentify risks, dependencies and potential delays before they become problemsRe-prioritise quickly as workloads and business needs changeWork closely with designers, copywriters, creative leadership and project teamsPartner with traffic/resource management teams to manage capacity and schedulingKeep project tracking clear,



accurate and visibleOwn relationships with a defined group of internal stakeholdersWork with stakeholders before briefs are finalized to understand the real business objectiveHelp turn unclear requests into strong, actionable creative briefsConfidently challenge briefs or timelines when something isn't quite rightKnow when to manage something independently and when to bring in senior creative or brand leadershipWhat we're looking for:Strong experience managing creative projects within an agency, studio or in-house creative environmentExperience managing several projects and campaigns at the same timeExperience working within a global or international organizationExcellent stakeholder and account management skillsSomeone comfortable acting as both a project lead and trusted creative partnerStrong understanding of creative workflows and how briefs move through a studioExcellent organization, prioritization and communication skillsComfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHigh level of English proficiencyComfortable collaborating with global teams and working across EST hoursInterest in using AI-supported tools to make project delivery more efficientWhy this role?
