The Strategic Sourcing Manager – Corporate Services is responsible for establishing and driving procurement strategies across key corporate categories including HR, Travel, Finance, Marketing, and Communications.
This role partners closely with business leadership to align sourcing initiatives with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.You will lead category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, improve working capital, enhance supplier performance, and ensure supply continuity.
The role requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute category strategies aligned with Annual Operating Plans and long-term business objectivesDrive sourcing strategies that support business growth, innovation, and new program introductionsLead category planning through spend analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligenceCategory Management (Corporate Services)Manage procurement across:HR services (recruitment, benefits, training)Travel & expense (TMCs, airlines, hotels)Finance services (consulting, audit, outsourcing)Marketing (agencies, media, digital services)Communications (PR, branding, internal comms)Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to identify value opportunitiesSupplier ManagementLead supplier selection, RFIs/RFQs, negotiations, and contract executionBuild strong relationships with key supplier leadership teamsMonitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost,
and service deliveryCost & Working Capital OptimizationDrive cost reduction initiatives and achieve lowest total cost of ownershipImprove working capital through:Payment term negotiationsPayment cycle optimizationDemand and contract optimizationIdentify and eliminate sole/single-source risksCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations teamsEnsure alignment with internal stakeholders and business prioritiesSupport site-level and enterprise-wide procurement initiativesOperations & ComplianceSupport procurement escalations, reporting, and reconciliation activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including import/export where applicable)Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principlesQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcingProficiency in EnglishWE VALUEExperience sourcing corporate services (HR, Travel, Marketing, Finance, Communications)Experience working in cross-functional or site-based teamsProject management and/or contract management experienceProfessional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma)Strong business and financial acumenExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), eSourcing tools,
