This professional will have the opportunity to learn and get involved with some of our main global accounts, delivering real estate transactions, portfolio management and strategy services throughout Latin America.Work Address: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMXWork Schedule: monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pmGross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $80,000- $85,000Work Modality: HybridWhat is your day to day?
Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and excellence in transaction management deliveryResponsible for kick-off and management of the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases,
owned property dispositions and early terminationsEnsure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokersCollect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection and site evaluationWork closely with JLL local brokers to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights into your client business needs and cultureProject tracking and milestones management; forecast and track commission revenues and rebatesManage communication between client CRE team and JLL in-country specialists; ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvalsDesired Experience And Technical SkillsReal estate professional with experience working in commercial property (experience working with offices and retail is optimal)A degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, preferably with international exposure and/or corporate clientsExcellent computer literacy, highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointExposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizationsPossess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapportCommercially aware and financially astuteUnderstanding the real estate transaction processExcellent communication skillsFinancial planning and analytical skills and attention to detailPeople management skillsExcellent English
