Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).
HVAC or air conditioning industry experience is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Solid Works, Auto CAD, or similar software.
Valid U. S. visa required.
