We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to pre-screening, evaluating, and supporting hiring decisions.
The adecuado candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience and supporting administrative recruitment activities.
Responsibilities Conduct initial phone/video screenings Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle Manage recruitment documentation and candidate data Support structured interview processes and competency-based assessments Conduct reference and background checks Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Generate recruitment and interviewing reports What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred) +1yr Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Excellent English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities We Offer Competitive pay (based on abilities and experience).
