Give Me the Basics!
Location: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with 9.5-hour shifts and 2 days off
Operating Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Sonora Time)
Pay: Up to $20,000 MXN monthly
Base Salary: $16,000 MXN
Performance Bonus: Up to $4,000 MXN
Training: Paid training, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:36 PM
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Fluent English and Spanish Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher Comfortable using multiple systems while assisting customers Customer service or call center experience preferred What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers with: Missing orders Returns and exchanges Refund requests Website access issues General account and service inquiries You'll use your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience and help resolve issues efficiently.
