We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions.
- Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan.
Set metrics and tracking.
Execute improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).
- Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market.
- Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in marketing,



management or any relevant field- ~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areas- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively- Problem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork player- Proven analysis, tracking and follow-up skills- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability- Advanced written and spoken English & Spanish- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications- Available to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remote- Available for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visits- Passion for design and curiosity.
