inventory & manufacturing costsPartner cross-functionally to resolve operational challengesWe're Looking For:- 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing- High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred- English/Spanish bilingual skills requiredRELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
