This comprehensive role ensures flawless launch performance that meets all program targets including, but not limited to safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Multiple programs may be assigned, and some assigned programs may be global in scope.

product capabilities and resourcesProject Time and Resource ManagementCreates high quality timing plans that are developed with the program team and effective buy in from all functional areasMeets all customer due dates, on time with high quality productsImplement and oversee program governance frameworks to ensure consistent project delivery.Project Integration ManagementLeads the program team to ensure collaboration and alignment amongst Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality and PurchasingEnsures a high level of integration and collaboration with the plants and Launch Managers on their programsProject Cost and Financial ManagementEnsures that all program financial targets and budgets are metManage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Lead change management efforts to support program adoption and sustainability.Project Quality ManagementEnsure that quality objectives and roadmaps are developed and executed by the Program Team Quality Lead.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business AdministrativePrior program management and/or PMP certification preferred but not required for qualified candidates with related automotive experience.Knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques, including relevant computer software tools, or proven ability to learn.Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations or Sales preferredBilingual (Spanish/English)
