What You'll Do: Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!) Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales and customer service No accent English.
