✅ Lead budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
✅ Review financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
✅ Support forecasting, planning, and variance analysis processes.
✅ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.




✅ Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational and financial improvements.
✅ Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.Requirements✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
✔ Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
✔ Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
✔ Advanced English proficiency (required).
