and Operational Excellence teams to drive business performance and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing Cloud Enablement team supporting NORAM and LATAM.Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery activities.Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.Manage escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.Monitor and improve key operational metrics including SLA performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.
