**The opportunity**As a **BILINGUAL SERVICE EXECUTIVE,** you ́ll be responsible for provide advice and attention to policyholders of International Major Medical Expenses.
**Your main responsibilities are to**:- Provide correct attention and advice to the insured regarding a: international major expense policy, insurance processes reimbursement, hospitalization, hospital network, etc.- Advise on the correct use of the policy (resolve doubts, give know conditions and exclusions, etc.)- Follow up on administrative procedures with the different internal areas (Reimbursements, surgery scheduling, billing, others).
- Collaborate and interact with teams, for example, on management of files to ensure they are complete).




- Maintain direct contact with the insured, both verbal as written.
**About you**- We ́re looking for someone who has the experience and aptitude to:- Expense Insurance, Sale Force and Microsoft Office 365.- Be a good communicator- Used to dealing with customers- with 3+ years of strong customer service experience- Comfortable with providing support- **B2 level or native of English and French communication skills.
