**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies,



and trends.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
